Incident-free day at Castle Combe

Tuesday saw another of our premium events at Castle Combe - the higher price meaning we were able to run much low numbers than would normally be possible - ensuring no queues despite the limited number of cars on track. Despite the mixed fortunes with weather (bright sun and showers!) and the big speed differences, the day went off without a single red flag.

That said, the day didn't quite go as planned for BaT Platinum Member Giles Roadnight who woke up wife Linzi by spinning their GT3 at about 100mph exiting Camp corner! Thankfully for their wallet (and their marriage!) the car remained on the black stuff!

It's not often we have an R300 sat around doing nothing these days, so I thought I'd have a few laps to refamiliarise myself with the bumpy (and quite frankly scary) Wiltshire track.
