Ford Focus
2.0 Zetec Didn't think it QUITE lived up to the hype, but none-the-less a great car. Not really an obvious track car, although I have seen a couple round Bentwaters that more than held their own. Great ride/handling compromise, fun, well built, practical. Not my personal choice of car, but based on the merits of what it is designed to do, I couldn't fault it, and like my other company cars, the handbrake was more than good enough! The best all-round car you can buy?

Just to thank Jonny and Co. for a fantastic day. My Elise had spun me right round, round round spun me right round...Two circuits laid out, made for a more interesting day, plus a healthy amount of sheet ice and water. The second circuit proved to me that I am the new undiscovered Colin Macrae - (that is in the period in which he developed his reputation for spinning off). This venue cannot be beaten, as the offs are painless, (unless you are a mole).
