Lotus Elise 111S
Good-looking & Fast on give & take roads. Gets a bit raucous when on motorways owing to C/R box with lowish 5th gear (approx 20mph per 1000 rpm.) and wind-noise. Easily solved by going on A-Roads instead, which is more fun! I smile every time I go anywhere, as its just so much fun.

BMW M5
M5 E39 Nice torquey engine, pulls in 6th from below 30mph, all teh way to 193 !! Benign handling though the nanny controls cut in way too early. Switch 'em off though and it's new tyre time very soon indeed. Yet to do trackday as I'd need to be in a position to visit the tyre shop pretty soon after I'd say!
