Track Day Booking & Payment
Provisional bookings show an interest in attending the event. They do not guarantee a space on the track day.
Provisional bookings will be confirmed only once payment is received in full.
Places are sold on a strictly first come, first served basis.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any bookings.
The receipts generated from the website are VAT receipts. If you require the receipts for reclaiming VAT please ensure you input the correct information when making the transaction.
Postal bookings will not be accepted. All participants must have a valid email address if they wish to receive receipts and other event information.
The prices shown on the website may vary according to the number of places remaining. We operate a discount system whereby the earlier you book and pay for an event, the less you pay.
Additional drivers are charged at £50 each. However, the fee for one extra driver is waived if they arrive with the main driver.
We reserve the right to change any of the prices on this website without prior notice.
BookaTrack.com cannot be held liable if your choice of tyre or merchandise is unavailable or unsuitable.
Please double check your tyre fitment as any difference in price will be charged once the order is complete. Where a refund is due on a mistaken size our standard refund terms and conditions apply.
Shoe returns are done at your own cost.
Refunds are only given on clothing and shoes if they are returned in immaculate condition. These are made minus the postage fees and subject to our standard refund terms and conditions.
Refunds and Cancellations
Bookings which are cancelled more than 28 days prior to the event are entitled to a refund minus a £10/10% admin fee (whichever the greater).
Bookings which are cancelled between 7-28 days prior to the event are entitled to a refund minus a £20/20% admin fee (whichever the greater
Bookings which are cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable and no credit notes will be issued UNLESS the place can be filled, in which case refunds will be made subject to the above terms.
A credit note (in the form of BaT Credit) following a cancellation is only valid for 12 months from date of issue.
BaT credit issued prior to 13th March 2006 will expire 12 months from this date.
Bulk purchase BaT credit has no expiry date.
Once BaT credit has been received for a cancellation, this cannot be refunded to credit card, to bank account or by cheque at a later date.
Sometimes events maybe cancelled or amended due to circumstances beyond our control e.g adverse weather conditions. It is often the case that decisions regarding these cancellations are not made until the day of the event. In this instance refunds / credits cannot be guarenteed and BookaTrack.com Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss or expense incurred. However, where possible we will try and compensate the customer in the form of an alternative day or BaT credit valid for 12 months. No refunds will be given.
Track Day Car and Participant Regulations
All drivers must have successfully passed the qualification to hold, or have held a full UK driving licence or non-UK equivalent.
Junior drivers are allowed to participate on our track days if they are competition license holders. They can only participate in the car they are currently racing in and must have an BookaTrack.com approved ARDS instructor as a passenger at all times.
Passengers must be 16 years or over.
Motoring events can be dangerous and you will be required to sign a drivers & passengers indemnity prior to entering the pit-lane.
Vehicles should hold a current MOT or be capable of passing MSA scrutineering as applicable.
Vehicles will NOT be permitted to run slick tyres unless fitted with suitable roll-over protection. In the case of a Caterfield-style car this means an FIA approved roll-bar. In the case of a saloon or hatchback this means a half or full roll cage. Cars without adequate roll-over protection are restricted to running road-legal tyres.
BookaTrack.com Ltd will NOT be scrutineering and no guarantee is made as to the suitability of the other vehicles on the track.
Although no scrutineering of cars is carried out BookaTrack.com reserve the right to refuse access to the track any vehicle deemed unfit for purpose.
No hand-held cameras are permitted. Any on-board cameras must be securely mounted using appropriate equipment.
For their own protection, it is the drivers responsibility to ensure that any passengers or guests have signed the appropriate indemnity forms and are wearing a wristband. Whilst this doesn't guarantee you are free from liability or potential claims, it proves the participant was aware of the inherrent dangers that are associated with any motor-leisure activity.
It is the drivers responsibility to ensure any towing eyes are fitted to the car before activities commence. Failure to have a suitable towing eye may result in your vehicle getting damaged during recovery.
Regardless of weather conditions all participants must have covered arms and legs when out on track.
All participants must wear a crash helmet meeting as a minimum the standards currently specified by the MSA, when out on track.
We strongly recommend novice drivers attending open pit lane events participate in the sighting laps at the beginning of the day. Please note that you must be in the first safety briefing of the day to be eligible for this. Novice drivers are also strongly recommended to purchase instruction.
On sessioned events any second driver must be of similar experience to the main driver.
All cars must abide with any static or drive by noise regulations that are in place at the venue. No refunds are given for failure of noise tests.
All drivers must attend a safety briefing before being allowed access to the track. Breaking the rules set out in the safety briefing is likely to result in exclusion from the event.
Timing and competitive driving is strictly forbidden.
Cars and drivers that cause an unreasonable number of stoppages maybe removed from the track.
Any agressive or threatening behaviour towards BookaTrack.com staff, circuit staff and other participants will result in expulsion from the track.
Drivers should be aware that any track day insurance they hold may be invalidated by breaking any of the rules outlined in the safety breifing.
At all times the driver is financially liable for damage caused to circuit property.
We reserve the right to use images, photos, videos and other files uploaded to the website as we wish.
The purpose of the forums is for members to discuss track day and car related topics and to socialise. Opinions expressed on any of the website forums are not necessarily those of BookaTrack.com.
Any comments that are considered libelous or offensive will be removed from the website. IP addresses for all users are logged.
BookaTrack.com reserve the right to remove any forum post, image or opinion.
BookaTrack.com do not buy and sell data. Data collected is only used for statistical analysis and emailing members regarding our products and those of carefully selected associated companies. If you do not wish to receive emails from us please change you account preferences.

When you hire one of our cars you get exclusive use of the car all day (i.e. you will not be sharing it with anybody else). You are guaranteed use of the car for at least 20 minutes out of each hour the circuit is open. Depending on weather, track conditions and driving standards, time in the car is often unrestricted.
In the event of an accident the excess liability is always with the driver and not the hirer – all drivers must sign an agreement to this effect. This excess is paid in advance in the form of a credit card slip, which will then be destroyed at the end of an incident free day.
A mandatory session of instruction is included in the price. We also reserve the right to enforce further chargeable tuition should the standard of driving necessitate so.
In the event of any incident that effectively makes the car unusable, NO refund will be given. However, in the event of mechanical breakdown through no fault of the driver, alternative cars, a pro-rata refund or a new date & venue can be arranged. Where fault is disputed in this instance, the opinion of an agreed independent assessor will be taken as final as to where the fault lies.
BookaTrack.com reserve the right to refuse access to the cars to any person not deemed safe to drive, or behaving in a competitive or aggressive manner.
The credit has no use by date. The funds will remain in your BaT account until spent.
Valid for use against track time only - ie not valid for car hire, tyres, hotel, ferry etc.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.
Any refund will be made less the full price for every event, then subject to our refund terms and conditions.
