Toyo T1-S
This is the control tyre I race on. My opinion is based on having it shaved down to 3-4mm of tread depth remaining and then using it in the dry. High levels of lateral grip and progressive when it breaks away. Forget them in the wet at this tread depth. It seems to need 6mm to full depth to work properly (like most tyres) but the grip levels are good. Noticeably higher grip than A520's in both dry and wet, especially on the front
