Wow. Thoroughly enjoyed the latest layout at this venue. There was a splendid mix of tight and open corners, chicanes, straights, you name it. The surface, being an airfield venue, is obviously quite abrasive, so count on getting through a set of tyres on a dry day. Not much debris laying around, although there are one or two manholecovers and drains that you need to watch out for - the former is actually quite fun if you hit it at the right angle, but not so the drains on the back straight. Nothing to hit (apart from each other) so it's a pretty good venue to cut your teeth on track days. Facilities are quite good, with a cafeteria and toilets only a short walk away.
