| CHEAP TO RUN AND RELIABLE There are two secrets to running a Griff reliably and cheaply: 1) USE IT regularly - NEVER buy one that has done less than 3.5K annually. They have to be run at least fortnightly and for a reasonable distance. 2) Find a good TVR dealer. In my case it's Station Hill Garage in Farnham. About £400 once a year sees my Griff feeling 100% better than when it went in. I've had my Griff since 1992 (it's a pre-cat 4l, gas-flowed) and all I've had to replace in 11 years are 1 rack, 1 clutch master cylinder and 1 oil pump. If your're having more trouble then I suggest you refer to a) and b) above. Dealers to avoid? I would NEVER use Henley Heritage - expensive and very poor in my experience.
