Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg ZR
A silly small shopping trolley....drive it and it is a very surprising rev happy machine with grip and brakes that surprise "better" cars. Use cheap second hand slicks and it will take corners flat out and feel like you can always do a bit more. The only thing missing is a few more cc's.
