Used to be the only sane choice for wet weather track use and general road use. However with Lotus introducing the Yokohama Neova Advans, it makes it difficult to recommend the SO2's anymore on any counts. Pro's: Wet weather grip is very good Great general road tyre choice Con's: Dry weather grip is not as good as P0 or A539 Noticeable increase in ride harshness and noise. Apalling durability Uneven wear rate in track use, not unusual for large chunks of rubber to fall away revealing large cracks between sidewall and cross-section.
